Only 250 SkyMiles? Really Delta?
Once again Delta SkyMiles / Medallion folks are sending out targeted surveys to members and this year and again offering you a massive 250 SkyMiles for your time. Anyway, below are all the slides. Take a look (click any photo for full screen slide-show):
Now it is your turn (in the comments section below). What do you think of the questions asked this year vs years before? How would you have answered the questions? Also, in the final box, what would you have commented that you wanted Delta to know about what matters to you about the SkyMiles and Medallion program?! – René

I believe the objective is to find out how dumb members are and who does not value their time at all. That reward is embarrassing. I all would says the employees are good the program offering are poor.
Very hard to get upgraded on international flights since comfort plus is going away as they change aircraft configurations. (lifetime gold medallion member)
Upgrades are an unbelievable joke with the $ per leg rule.
$2000 spent on international ticket and a person who only spends $300 in domestic flight gets the upgrade because my domestic leg(s) of my completed itinerary are priced at $49 by delta.
Upgrades aren’t guaranteed and neither is my loyalty now.
