Right now everyone is going crazy over the new A350 that just landed yesterday in Atlanta but as excited as I am about that new wide body jet I am almost equally (if not more) excited about the coming CS100/300 jets. Since much of my flying is domestic I have a feeling I will be spending more hours on this jet than the A350’s.
Gosh I would love to sit in seat 0A one day and fly this jet, but will be happy with 1A when it rolls out in Delta colors. Are you as excited about the new C-Series as I am? – René

I am with you on the excitement for the CS100 (300s, too, if DL decides to upgauge/take options). I might ride in an A350 once a year after DL has multiple units in their fleet.
But the CS100 could be fairly common in getting us all from place to pace here in the US, and it should be far more comfortable that their 737s and quieter than their MD-80s.
Let’s go!
(Let’s also blow some raspberries at Boeing for their efforts to mess up Delta’s orders.)

I’m glad that Delta is modernizing, but I will be very sad to see the MD-88s go to the boneyard. I’ll miss the beautiful sound of the JT8Ds!
I’m highly enthusiastic as much for the new configuration as to how CRJ7/9 routes will be affected, especially DTW-BGR, MCO-IND and MCO-RDU.
