This has been a crazy week and I am looking forward to a number of flights to end the year including a first time visit to Hong Kong as well as very shortly my BoardingArea conference that we call, what else, BA con (who does not love bacon right) in DC the first weekend of November.
I am also really looking forward to seeing so many of you in Seattle at the end of this February. In the next few weeks I will work on details, costs and such and email you all who have expressed interest. I urge you to please comment on THAT post (not this one) if you are going to attend as there are limited spots for both the FTU and the tours I am booking and there will be a cutoff point (hate to disappoint anyone who wants to attend).
On to other bits. John, a.k.a. @laptoptravel, was at the SEA Sky Club PVT opening and has TONS of unbelievable amazing photos. You may have seen others blog with the Delta PR photos but wait till you see John’s work – oh my – it goes live about noon ET so be sure to check back and enjoy later today.

Next, because folks keep asking, I have no new info about pre-ordering 1st class meals from Delta food PR folks. Last I asked I was told by year end. We are not at year end yet so I have not bugged them but will do so if we have nothing by mid December.
Other plans are in the works for 2017. While I cannot blog about this yet, if you can, try to keep the first full weekend of January open that is 7 & 8th. There is going to be a meet-up somewhere warm! More on this as soon as I can. Also, as I tweeted about, I want to arrange a BBQ meet-up in Austin in April sometime and impose on my buddy Dave to help us out. This is just in the planning stage and I would have to get firm commitments as we would rent a bus to take us from one BBQ place after place (planning to hit at least 3 or 4 or more locations).
Lastly this weekend I am going to really focus on hitting some Delta HUB runs for those in need of MQMs. Keep in mind when I find them some runs only have a few seats open at these super cheap prices. If I post and you want it book it ASAP as if you come back the next day it will likely be gone. I would love to find custom runs for everyone but time is limited so if you need the perfect run from your home town the best choice it is to reach out to ADAM for help or get 10,000 MQMs the simple way.

Done. I’m somewhere between kindergarten and 1st grade in learning from your materials over the past year. MSY-based with regular trips to MSP so obviously interested in how best to fit in and benefit from the Delta world. If you have a future meetup in New Orleans I’d be glad to attend. Best.
