This is not the nicest / best post ever as I am SkyPub hopping in ATL all day today for a mega post about all the clubs in ATL airport. However, thanks to a NUMBER of readers there are some AMAZING business class fares from many airports in the USA.
For the BEST MQMs you should look at Hawaii that is HNL as start point. Now YES you have to gt to HNL to start the run (oh sorry you have to visit Hawaii) but if you add in the cost for that and the extra MQMs you get from positioning you are talking potentially all the MQMs you could need for the year to reach whatever status you want.
The above is NOT the best you could find but I want to at least TIP you to the idea and can play with more or less days in England. Use the tools at the bottom of this post to find the BEST deal you can with the best route maybe via CDG. Either way, this is not bad:
