The last Delta Points newsletter for 2014. WoW – What a year of flying it has been. Once the cursed #DOS or Destruction Of Skymiles was announced back in late February I have been on full court press to earn Skymiles and MQMs via flying – starting tomorrow, for 98% of us, only MQMs matter for Delta flyers. I at this point do not have a single flight booked for January of 2015 (with Delta that is). I have a few Delta mileage runs booked for April and will keep looking for sub 4CPM flights that can work for me. I plan to book & burn a ton of Skymiles in ’15 as there really is no point or value in spending any money with Delta anymore after tomorrow (other than the AMEX Reserve BOGOF 1st class certs as there is still real value).
