With a HT to reader John for this tip (he suggested from SFO but more open from the midwest). Anyway, there are a number of open dates in December for you to snag those last few MQMs you need either on a weekday or a weekend run or a Friday 1/2 day and back Saturday. Lots of ways to do this sub 5CPM and a decent Skymiles bonus before 2015 gets here. Here are the numbers:
