Well I did not get yelled at last time so here I go again! For those who are coach only runners this is not your thing but for 8-ish CPM this is amazing since you get full flat HNL-ATL both ways. You can either overnight in ATL or NYC depending on your choice of route (both about the same CPM). Here is what I found:
Cost $1,536 in 1st class
18,412 MQMs at 8.3 CPM
Bookable on Delta.com
DM yields a MASSIVE 34,355 Skymiles per CWSI.net!
Once again, last year Delta sold 10,000 MQMs for almost $2000 to Diamonds with NO Skymiles included. With this one you are getting at least $344 in Skymiles value plus a boatload of MQMs.

Like you I couldn’t find a FC seat on ATL to PUJ online matrix. I ended up calling Delta just to try and was able to book entire trip in FC 11/11-11/13. I am excited to fly the A330 seats/beds. Really love the blog and appreciate all the help it and you are to us rookies. BTW, is it to late to add a Delta request to a previous post? Chill the soft drinks in FC at least. The ice melts before you’re done pouring 😉
