I know that this year (and last) there are times when promos are targeted. I am hoping this is not the case today, but please advise me if you don’t see the same massive list of promos I see in mine.
In a nutshell Delta is offering, on most of them, double points and most fare classes are included, but code shares are excluded. These tend to have so many more restrictions than I am seeing this round. They are running until the end of September.
Anyway, as is the case with almost all Delta promos, you need to register before you buy any tickets if you are a Skybonus member log in and see what is open to you! – René

Targeted! When I checked the promotions available to me in DTW, there was zip. The only one that showed up was if I was a resident of Washington, flying out of Seattle. 🙁
