I love getting shiny new status cards. My Diamond Medallion® with Delta is clearly the best one but today in the mail my wife gets a loyalty card and has higher status than ME! Humph!
As you can see, with help from my fellow blogger Gary from View from the Wing who has as of late put up a few posts about FREE STARBUCKS HERE & HERE & HERE & HERE & HERE & HERE, my wife now has her Starbucks GOLD card.
Now I am not really all that upset that she has a much higher status than myself and that I will not be getting free stuff since I don’t like coffee and am a tea drinker. But, seeing that if I had the card I could get free refills on tea kinda irks me a bit. Sigh.

Yes, I am. And I value my Starbucks Gold card more than I value anything that Delta could possibly throw my way. Because as we all know, Delta never throws anything our way, they just throw things out 🙂
