There are no words to say how much I love this ongoing deal from LAX & FLL! This one works from SFO also and wanted to make sure all were aware of it as the points are just mind blowing plus you can do it over a long weekend. Heck, you could go TOMORROW if you want at just a few CPM more 🙂 Here are the details:
Cost $568
13,823MQMs at 4.1CPM (you can push this under 4CPM btw)
Bookable on Delta.com
DM yields a ridiculous 31,1032 Skymiles per CWSI.net!
You can enjoy a spring or fall trip to Gothenburg. What to do? See my post on DeltaPoints.com about a few tips to enjoy your quick visit. Now clearly you want to avoid the weekend of OCT 17-19th as you should be at the ChicagoSeminars 2014 that is soon to sell out btw! 😉

I was able to book SNA/SLC/JFK/ARN and ARN/AMS/MSP/SNA the last week in August for $549 at which point this goes from mileage run to incredibly nice vacation territory. Similar deals late August through mid-September for LGB, BUR and ONT but not LAX suprizingly (as of today any way). You can open jaw between ARN and GOT too. As Platinum, I prefer to stay on Delta metal and avoid the direct LAX to JFK transcon for better upgrade/opup chances. Playing around a bit I found that Fort Myers to Oslo is wide open sub-$500 for September also. There is also an interesting $400ish one way HNL/NRT/SIN which you could use to patch together an interesting RTW or Pacific Circle. Most international mileage run fares are round trip only.
