I have spent a lot of time in Scandinavia. Why strike in winter? It is dark, cold and not very nice. Did I mention how DARK it is there in winter?
Anyway, this is a LONG time impact as it runs Nov 15-23, 2013 and you can read all about it on the Delta.com web site. You can get free changes if you are traveling to or from all of Finland! I would not want to get stuck in Finland in winter. – René
