In case you didn’t receive it, here’s a selection of the survey questions that I received today?
Taking everything into account, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with Delta’s SkyMiles® frequent flyer program?
On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is Poor and 10 is Excellent, please rate the SkyMiles® program on the following
Now, thinking about booking Award Tickets, please rate the SkyMiles program on the following:
Ability to find Award Tickets for a reasonable amount of miles
Ease of booking Award Travel on delta.com
In the next 12 months, do you think your total travel on Delta will:
What, if anything, can we do to improve the SkyMiles® program?
It was nice to be able to give DL some honest feedback. The 250 miles were the icing on the cake.
I also received the same survey invitation today. There were about 10-15 questions (don’t remember the exact #). Most questions were using a Net Promoter Score 1-10 rating methodology (typically a 0-6 is classified as a detractor, 7-8 a passive, and 9-10 a promoter). Looks like Delta is trying to see if their recent changes had any negative impact. I have my doubts whether they will actually change anything, but it was nice to have a voice.
