The Skybonus code from last month is over but they are doing the same one again for September with the promo code SKY082013. I really wish they would bring back some of the large bonus awards for new accounts as they had in the past when they were 30,000 to 50,000 for signing up! Still, 5k is better than nothing.
The next one is one that they tend to run often as well. I tend to kill my headphones so I do not invest in high end ones, but I have listened to these and they really are amazing quality. If you are going to get a set of BOSE why not get some extra Skymiles when you do.
The SPG limited time bonus point offer ends tomorrow but PLEASE UNDERSTAND if you do not get an INSTANT approval today for either the personal card or the business card then you will likely NOT get the extra 5,000 points they normally offer all year long. You must be approved before tomorrow to get the extra points.

Thanks for this alarming information. I applied last night (using your link) but didn’t hear anything. Reconsideration/New application phone lines are closed til tomorrow due holiday. Am I doomed? Anyone have success throwing themselves on the mercy of the AmEx/SPG cabal? Thanks whether I get the 5k bonus or not.

I applied yest and app was under review. I called and the rep said it would be 5 days before a decision (bc I was just approved for the Business card). The rep confirmed that you get the bonus at the time of application (30k) even if my app is processed after the offer is dead.
@Matt – HUGE please report back. Our reps said must be approved. Please let us know. Many could benefit from this news!
