For all the talk of big point deals being gone in 2013 just look at the outstanding deals that are currently live and available. If you have a round on the way you need to take a look at this list!
50,000 Chase INK BOLD and the 50,000 Chase INK PLUS cards. This is truly one of the best deals going and I am so pleased it is still live. Here is the thing, you can HOLD both of these cards at once. If you have the BOLD there is no reason for you not to, right now, go for the PLUS or vice versa. Perhaps you want the BOLD for the stability a charge card offers you as a business person or maybe the PLUS for the flexibility a credit card can bring to you. Either way, to get this many points with so much travel value is not to be missed. Remember sole proprietors can get these cards!
50,000 Chase SouthWest Air card. Many choices with this one for both flight and other redemption. Plus there are 4 different cards all that can get you the current offer after spend.
50,000 Marriott Rewards Premier Credit Card. Despite all the changes to all the hotel programs this year, this is a very good value. I enjoyed using my Marriott points for my ski trip to Salt Lake this year. Not only the points, but you even get a free night cert cat 1-4 hotel! I used mine in Stockholm Sweden.
50,000 British Airways Visa Card. Avios points are an incredibly valuable redemption option to use on American Air in the USA. I have used them many times for flying my family around from here to there and just love them for use that way.
50,000 Lufthansa Miles & More card. With all the changes at United, this can be a nice way to fly Lufthansa!
Just look at the tremendous value in the above list. You can go for just a single one (look at the INK cards) and enjoy what it brings or pick up several in a round and just clean up! Many of these have rather high spend requirements to get the points, so please be sure to review Lisa’s Rookie post HERE to help you out! I just hope for me, since I have had or HOLD most of the above, that the Lufthansa deal is still going when it is time for my next round. – René

How do you construct a multi-city, multi-day mileage run? The multi-city search on D.com does not seem to be very helpful for this. Thank you.
@John – This would be a good rookie day topic. I will work on it. Thanks! – Rene
…great of deals
5K spend in 3 mos on each of the chase INK cards
@doc – yes plus others thus the need to see the linked rookie post to help with spend!
What about the Amex Platinum Mercedes Benz? That is also a 50,000 point card after $3K in purchases.
@Charlie – yes that one seems to be 50k also!
With who are the chase cards branded? amex? visa?
@Randy – to my knowledge, all Chase cards are either Visa or MC (no Amex) and some are Signature Visa cards that give you some more perks!
The Ink cards are Master Cards unless you request Visa.
@Graydon – correct. We are still hopping for a VISA version of these to come out so we can go for those as well (possibly)! 😉
Marriott rewards also have 70,000 points card.
@Nandakumar Tanjore – link please? That would be great if it were an open public link! (not finding one on FT etc)
