If you need a weekend car rental here are a few deals. The Hertz one is nice as you may be able to use coupons to make it even lower, but not when booking. Also keep in mind that if you pay with your DELTA AMEX RESERVE BUSINESS card that is part of the OPEN saving program you will get 5-10% off your bill at checkout – Sweet!
The Enterprise one is nice and keep in mind that it does not work at airport locations, but you can always take a free hotel shuttle to a hotel nearby the location and give the driver a nice tip!

Not going to the Do this year but last year I rented a 9.99/day wend Enterprise rental. Took the IC shuttle from the airport to the hotel, Enterprise picked me up, got my car and at the end of the weekend I left the car at Enterprise, walked 5 minutes to the IC ORD, hopped on the airport shuttle, and was good to go. I avoid airport car rental taxes whenever I can.
