If you are looking to go to Europe this summer, with the adding of weekly flights to LHR, now may be the time to find some good flights.
As you can see searching one way each way I find many days with 100k seats. Now it is you turn to do the work to find seats from where you are to ATL and from LHR to where ever you want to go in Europe!
For example looking for 2 seats (yes you can not trust all the “green” dates above but):
Also look at CDG-IAD as a choice for return trips on the AF 380 (if you want to fly it):
Enjoy! – Rene

Wow, 100k seats? They must be flying the new airbus A380000000
thanks rene!
Yes, but there is the usual Delta problem — even though they calendar says green, when you click thru flights at low are difficult to find.
Did you drill into these green dates to make sure low miles flights are coming up?
I had a similar result on the award calendar during a recent search…but when I drilled in, alas, no low miles seats for my entire journey were available. I called DL and they said “a low miles seat open on any segment that would be within permitted routing” would be enough to color a day green (even though the segment required to get me to my destination wasn’t available in le).
@TPG – hey with DL we are happy for anything we can find. And adding flights is good after all.
Rene,
Interesting how based on your screenshots, a miles redeemer can pay very little or a lot in taxes and fees. Why would that be the case?
@Gussomer – sorry should have expanded on this and a great question. When you start a trip in the USA the taxes are low. When you start a trip in Europe the taxes are high. When you search for seats you always search ONE LEG AT A TIME from point A-B and then B-C etc. So the price will display the taxes from where ever you start for your search. But, when you go ticket, if you start in the USA, the tax will be low round trip. Clear? – René
